I have been visiting this site for over 10 years and this is my first post. I have a concern with Comcast HSI usage meter. First of all the app doesn't work as it is always undergoing maintenance.
My concern is that they track the usage monthly but they don't bill from the first of the month to the end of the month. My new billing cycle starts today but my usage is still being totaled for the month of January. This is foul as hell.
