I tried to get into our modem today, using 10.0.0.1 from a browser (couple different ones) to check & possibly change a static IP for a device on our home LAN. Immediately goes to a blank page & times out. Can't even get to the point where you're supposed to enter the username/password. On line chat said use the "XFI" app on my smartphone. I guess they could tell I had that. Anyway, I did try that by stumbling through the APP but gave up. Anyway, want to do it from a computer, not a phone where fumbling thumbs can easily make mistakes and the info is difficult to see-for me. Any ideas?
