Have 2 tablets with Stream (live tv) working and 2 laptops (Linux, Windows) where I used to be able to logon and watch live stream tv
Have verified that only 2 devices are registered on my account.
For one week now, unable to watch live tv from laptops (no apps to install, these are just using Firefox, Chrome, Opera browsers) as when I logon and select listings, this sequence pops up:

We are having trouble adding this device to your account. Please call 1-800-xfinity and mention error 11700.

Have chatted and called and support just tells me to reinstall app to which I reply, there is no app to install on a linux, windows laptop. Then they offer to send refresh signal which does nothing. It would appear they do not know what 11700 is and how to fix it.
The articles online show how to navigate to remove devices on the Internet Settings of my account but I have done that and see only the 2 tablets registered, the laptops do not show up.
