I have outage in quotes because my account has shown that there's an "outage" in my area for almost two months. While there's no real outage, I still have not gotten the much promised speed upgrade.
Of course part of this could be because I dropped voice and gave Comcast their Arias emta back. I'm not being billed for the device rental or voice anymore, but both just still happen to show up under "My Equipment" and "My Services". I wouldn't be surprised if that little glitch isn't part of the problem.
Anyone else seen this type of "outage"
