Looking for some help with my setup. I just moved into an older house and I'm not sure the last time comcast has been out to "update" the splitters, cables, etc. I traced the cable and it's one of three coming from the comcast box outside my house. As I can't get into the box to see whats inside I assume there's a triple splitter coming from the drop line. The only issue I can see is that the green cable (don't know what this is, maybe ground wire?) is snipped. My speeds have been essentially capped at 100mbps and I cannot achieve the 900+ I've gotten on my exact setup in my old house. Do you guys see anything wrong here? I'm asking because I've reached out to Comcast support via chat and they said they were going to escalate my issue to a higher level and they would call me back within 24 hours, which of course never happened.. I'm trying to save myself the aggravation of resetting the modem and going through their technical support tier 1 phase if there's something I can fix myself. Thanks for the help!
