I've been using the two USB ports on my Motorola Gateway to charge my iPhone and Apple Watch for several years now. This morning I discovered my phone had not charged at all.
I swapped out the charging cable with a different one....no charging.
I swapped the watch cable to the bad port....no charging.
I connected the phone and charger to the port I charged my phone from....charges normally.
Clearly this USB port is not working. Is this something I can resolve by exchanging the Gateway with Comcast?
