[Speed] Comcast Gigabit Service Failure Questions

I upgraded to Xfinity's gigabit service. I have purchased two different modems to use the service. The Netgear CM1150V and the Arris T25. I cannot get higher than about 130-150mbps with either modem. I've called Xfinity countless times. I've been told that the modems won't provide gigabit service, etc., etc., and I'm just not sure what the problem is. I called Arris tech support, and they reviewed the signal levels on the modem with me. They said the signal levels are unacceptable for gigabit speeds. They asked me to call Xfinity to "refresh" the signal levels. I'm trying to get ahold of someone at Xfinity to ask them to do that, but I don't hold my hope. I've attached screenshots of the levels from the T25 modem here. Can ANYONE help me with a suggestion as to what to do next? Xfinity could not care less about this problem. They are actively giving me the run around.
