[Signals] Downstream pwr increase after derecho, out of spec?

I am located in Chicago. The recent derecho knocked out power to our entire block. After resumption of power 3 days later, I was noticing some odd behavior while playing Battlefield, CoD, and FIFA. While I had 0% packet loss and speeds and pings looked fine, there seemed to be some latency in game regardless. Everything seemed a little delayed. I decided to check my modem status, and noticed that the downstream power levels had increased from around 3-3.5dBmV to as high as +10.1. The attached image will show a current high of 9.6dBmV. The modem is a CM600. Just to make sure the modem wasn't at fault, I swapped out to a SB6141 and noticed a similar increase. I don't know if that's correlated to the poor in game performance, but I am still wondering if this was a negative side effect of the storm. Most of what I've read online seems to indicate that staying within a range of -7dBmV to +7dBmV is optimal. I haven't really seen any anomalies when it comes to the DL/UL speeds I am getting. Should I be getting in touch with Comcast about this?
