[Plan] Any rules against multiple isp?

Hello. Does Xfinity have any rules or policies against having other different providers also concurrently serving the same residential premises? Explanation - After 3 years on dsl, we "returned" to xfinity due to need for enough speed for streaming. But we have not cancelled the dsl (yet). But, I'll be darned, all the video addicts in the house have been soaking up so much of the (much smaller) Xfinity uplink bandwidth that my own internet use gets slowed down as bad as if I was still on dsl. So I was thinking of starting to use the dsl again, just for myself. If it's not against any rules.
