Xfinty does not recognize my new address, yet previous owner had Xfinity internet.
I am using xfinitywifi, had to pay for a temp subscription, but it is not secure and cuts out very often.
Spoke with Comcast agents three times, they don't know how to solve the problem and will not escalate, so no internet for about a month now.
I need help to make Comcast understand that my house does exist and that there was service here until the previous owner moved out, I know, I tried it with them still living here.
Can someone here help in solving this problem?
