Low SNR 591Mhz & 597Mhz Uncorrectable Codewords

I am getting disconnects at night and early morning. My downstream SNR on 591Mhz-597Mhz are going down into the 20's. I am getting a lot of Uncorrectable Codewords. I called Comcast. I told them I am working from home and I really need this problem resolved. I have been working from home and rely on the phone and internet. They said they would do whatever it takes to fix the problem. This as been going on since June. So far I have swapped out 3 modems. Had 3 tech visits and maintenance has came out. The only thing they improved was they got my downstream power level a little closer to 0. I just have a straight shot from the tap to the modem. Nothing else at all on the line except a ground block that joins the drop and rest of the coax going to the modem. They are now acting like there is nothing wrong. They say they do not know how to help me because there is nothing wrong :D :D :D Is there anything I can do from my end to fix this? Is there anything in specific I can tell Comcast that is wrong so maybe they will get off their butts and fix it? It sucks because the only other option is DSL. Which is so slow I might as well write a letter. It will get there faster for sure. I do not know what else to do guys. ***Edit sorry mods for the double posting. My modem actually disconnected from the problems I was having and I did not think this post went through. Therefore, I typed the one above it out real quick to replace it because I did not feel like typing it all over again. I'm sorry about the double posting. Like I said I didn't think this one went though. You can delete it if you can. Thank you.
