unlimited pricing for owned modem ($30 or $15?)

question on XFI pricing https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/xfi-complete Does comcast really charge $30 for unlimited with customer owned CPE? that seems more expensive than renting XB7 for $25 month with unlimited. I thought I read a fine print somewhere that there will be $15 credit for customer owned CPE.
