[Connectivity] May have found the problem: no ground

For months I have been trying to find and fix an intermittent downstream dropout. Best example: Zoom calls longer than 20 minutes or so periodically freeze, as do VOIP calls. The other end can hear/see me, but I can't hear/see them. The Direct support forum here tried to help, but could never catch it in the act, so signal levels looked fine to them. Very long story short, I finally noticed that where the underground cable comes into the basement and the in-line filter is attached, the grounding screw had nothing in it. I ran a wire from that screw to the nearby electrical panel ground and for two days have had no dropouts. Fingers crossed. -dan
