I just received a letter saying I'm going to have to pay $14.95 more a month because I was apparently being "underbilled" for my Static IP.
When I got my service years ago they threw in the static IP for free as part of the offer. Did anyone else get this letter?
$15 more a month won't break the bank, but it's irritating that they suddenly decided to do this.
