[Plan] Upgrade to 1200/35 Mbps No email conf yet! Acct shows old speed?

I ordered (online) an Xfinity internet speed upgrade from current to new (see below). Current - 400/10 Mbps for $20 extra over base package price. New - 1200/ 35 Mbps for $30 extra over base package price (so $10 more than I am paying for my 400 Mbps / 10 Mbps plan). On the web page I got this after submitting the upgrade: "Thanks for your purchase, XXXX. Welcome to Xfinity A confirmation email will be sent to yyyy@zzzz.com Order Number: nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn" However, I did not receive any email confirmation (it has been 15 mins) and when I log in, I still see my old plan speed reflected on my account. Is there a delay for upgrade provisioning to take effect? I should at least have received the email... Ironically, like many others I also had an issue with my Xfinity Mobile upgrade to the new Unlimited 5G plan for $5 less per line per month, where I had to call them to resolve the issue where the upgrade was not going through on the back end, like many others here, due to a glitch on Xfinity's end. Luckily the phone rep was great and it only took about 10 minutes to fix it. Did not expect to have to call them again so soon - i.e. now for this 'internet upgrade not taking effect' issue... Before I call, I wanted to give it an hour or so and also check with others here who have gone through the speed upgrade. But I did not even receive the email confirmation which is really odd, so let me call Xfinity support. :(
