For my business account, I got an automated call on a Sunday morning to my mobile phone that rambled on about upcoming service in my area after midnight, something something I didn't hear because I was otherwise busy and could not take the call.
I logged into their billing/management website and can't find any indication of this upcoming service. I was hoping to find the details on there, like some other utilities do.
Any idea how I can go back and find out what the message was saying?
Why did they call my mobile phone when it's not configured on the site for alerts?
