Maintenance Question

Almost Every week see this scheduled maintenance alert on Outage Map, Which says Scheduled Maintenance We've Detected Network Performance issues in your area, and will be performing maintenance on 11/3/2021 @ 2am, you may experience interruption in your services, sorry for any invconvience I don't mind they do maintenance, but just curious why so often i suppose Do plan on having Tech out as soon as can to fix our high upstream issue that is showing on the Modem signals levels on it, if can get Account holder to agree to a day for a tech to come out, as most likely will have to come inside to check the wiring and splitter, and then if its outside fix it out there. I believe its outside as only change since original install was self install of XB7 Gateway back in June 2020, Cable is wrench tight
