T3 Timeouts

Good evening everybody, Was wondering if anybody could help me out.. I'm still getting T3 timeouts, I've had a technician come out once before. I'm not sure he did anything but he did pop the box and remove the splitter, he replaced it with the single connector (the one that is grounded). I've since replaced my entire coaxial line in my house so there is nothing but the outside splitter from the drop line to my cable modem (TV is streamed, no cable boxes). I replaced the technician's single connector with a comcast approved splitter (again nothing is being split, I'm just troubleshooting). And finally, I've swapped modems.. I went from the 1gb Arris to the 2.5gb Arris (model names escape me atm). Does anybody else have any other suggestions? Thank you for the help.
