High upstream levels after 2-way splitter to 3-way splitter

I had a tech come out to get coax in another room against the wall and he ended up running a 3-way splitter with the modem, TV, and TV (other room). Asked if he could just run it from outside and he said it would still be the same thing since its getting split. Before he came, I was on a 2-way splitter and upstreams were a litle high at 49-49.5 dBmv, imo. When he left with the 3-way splitter in, there now at 52-53dBmv which is out of spec unless I'm mistaken (I'm on the Gigabit plan). What issues is this gonna cause if at all? I feel like my Wi-Fi speed tests on my phone are slow now, I'm only pulling 230 and I think I was getting 500 before I can't recall completely.
