All you do is blast out BS too woo shareholders who likely don't use your garbage service to make them think your innovative and investing when you aren't and pulling a smoke screen.
Some of these shareholders should call normal support and see what a horrible mess Comcast is and see if they really want to continue to invest in this garbage.
Perhaps they can spend some more money on ads in areas with GPON or EPON fiber to say they a better with their old ass coax saying "Wifi speeds faster then a gig" Did we not mention the upload speeds? Oops!
