[CustSvc] Apparently Comcast Contracts our all Aerial Installs Now

A month ago when the tornado's and all that ripped through southwest of me, we got some pretty strong winds and I had a tree limb fall and break the Neutral on my electric service, I don't know if it was the tree branch or the electrical line workers pulling vines out and stuff but my aerial Comcast drop clearly got pulled on extremely hard and the metal sleeve on the end of the PPC EX6 connector is loose and the cable jacket stretched at the termination, since the drop clearly got pulled on very hard I want a new drop because I don't trust it long term, well they sent out a technician to look at it and he said he'd put in a request, 3 weeks later I hear nothing so I asked customer service on Twitter what the status was and should it take this long to replace my drop, and they didn't really answer my question just submitted another ticket, so they sent another person out to my house that tells me that because of their terrible customer service and terrible inter-departmental communcation skills that it takes like 4 weeks for them to do it and that it's my fault that I simply asked customer service for a status that I've been reset in the queue, he said that they have to contract it out and it take like 4 weeks to do it. Seriously they can't send out a couple of dudes with a reel of aerial bonded messenger RG6 cable and string a new line, they make you wait 4 weeks twiddling their thumbs to send a contractor out to do it.
