[Other] Xfinity site is dog slow and won't show me my services/tiers

First off, the site is so slow as to be almost unusable. It makes me feel like I'm back in the mid-90s on dial-up. I'm using Firefox and I've turned off my ad-blocker for the domain, so there's really no excuse. I went paperless and I'm trying to see my bill to see what I should be getting in terms of download/upload speeds, but once logged in I not only can't see the bill (I get a "we're having trouble connecting to My Account" message) but I can't see what tiers I'm supposed to have for Internet and TV. It used to tell me this on the site. Is there a "super-sekrit" way I'm missing to see my bill? One other thing-what's the best way these days to test my download/upload speeds?
