[Signals] Signal levels on XB8 with 1000/100, questions for Comcast tech

Hi, I have some questions about signal levels. I already read these FAQ posts: https://www.dslreports.com/faq/16085 https://www.dslreports.com/faq/3412 I recently moved into a new home and had Comcast set up Xfinity 1000/100 service before I arrived. They were supposed to send me the results of the line test after the installation, but they didn't, so a technician is coming back tomorrow to retest the connection. My neighborhood was recently upgraded to the Next Gen infrastructure, but the rollout was apparently mismanaged and Comcast has been offering bill credits to my neighbors for their troubles over the last few months. It seems like the connection and reliability issues have been resolved, but I'm still skeptical. My upstream and downstream speeds seem to be within spec, but I was hoping to get some feedback on the signal levels being reported by the XB8 modem. I'm also curious if anyone might be able to suggest some questions to ask the tech to ensure that the service is performing at maximum capability. The technician is coming out at my pleasure, so I want to ensure I'm using our time appropriately and it's not a wasted trip for either of us. Here's what the modem shows. I'm not sure if I'm seeing all possible upstream channels (which is likely due to this issue, which I can reproduce: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33953572-modem-missing-channels-xB8-modem). [att=1] The downstream power levels seem high, but still within spec. SNR looks pretty good. Is the modulation correct for 1000/100 service? Upstream SNR looks quite good per the FAQ links above. The end goal here is to eventually replace the XB8 modem with my own equipment that I can manage myself. Considering the difficulties with Next Gen in this neighborhood, I felt like I should ensure Comcast can get the service working correctly on their own hardware before I introduce another variable when/if I encounter performance issues. It'll also be a good baseline for comparison. Thank you for the help!
