I have been getting a fairly high packet loss rate on my connection via Comcast, visible in attached smokeping graph. I have called and all they are willing to do is the tier 1 reboot everything and no problem found. I am hoping someone from Comcast might see this and investigate. The loss has a pattern and is worse at certain times of the day. My connection will become not stable around 8:00pm in the evening. The graphs are to the first router outside of my local network.
I am running a Motorola Surfboard Docsis 3.0 modem and have 50mbps down package.
