My church is in a residential neighborhood that has Comcast available but for whatever reason, our building was not wired for cable so we can't subscribe to Comcast Internet, which we would like to have as an option because of the slow speed of the current ATT DSL.
Calling the regular service lines just results in a standard "service is not available at that address" response. However, a vacant lot across the street is now being built with new homes, so I'm thinking that Comcast will probably be coming out to wire up those homes so that might be a good time to get their run extended to our property.
Does anybody know who or how to contact in Comcast to try to make this happen?
