Alex Dudley, a Charter spokesman, said Friday that Norfolk stood for southeastern Virginia, and that its customers in Suffolk, Franklin and Isle of Wight, as well as those in Accomack County on the Eastern Shore, will be moved to Comcast. In addition, Dudley said, Charter customers on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, from Corolla to Hatteras, will transfer to Comcast.
