My cable and phone lines used to be attached to my house's side (aluminum siding), via a bracket. The bracket came out a while back, and now they're tied to my porch rail - but still functional.
I have comcast, but I don't have landline service (or anything from AT&T or similar). Is Comcast the right folks to call to get this fixed, or is AT&T still a better choice (since I'm guessing they did the initial setup and Comcast just borrowed it)?
Also, let's say I call Comcast and they send someone out, will they fix both lines (they were attached to the house together), or will I have to call AT&T or whatever anyway to get them to fix the phone line? And will they even do it since I don't have service?
Thanks!
