[CustSvc] Error. We're sorry. We were unable to complete your request.

Whenever I click on "Add or Upgrade Services" in my comcast home page. I get the following error no matter what browser, or PC I use: "We're sorry. We were unable to complete your request. There was a problem processing your order. Please call 1-877-821-9868 and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will help get you connected. We apologize for any inconvenience." I called that number at different times of the day and the agents tell me they can only do upgrades. Not downgrades. I get the same answer every time I call. They also transferred me to departments were they couldn't help either. I've been 2 days at it. Same result from the agents and website. What gives?
