I have tried chat and get the usual robot asking me to reboot my modem. I have tried the comcast direct section here and got ignored. I have tried sending an email to comcast's "we can help". I took the time to explain the problem in detail and all of the previous troubleshooting steps including the previous tech visit and I still don't think they have read a single word of it which is extremely disrespectful.
Instead of forwarding my email to someone who can diagnose the problem I get a call asking "is your service working ok?" after I specifically asked them not to give me that call.
I don't want another tech visit that hasn't read that email and comes unprepared and ultimately solves nothing. The last guy swore that my SB6121 modem was docsis 2.0. I'm asking for more support than a simple meter test at the line before my modem.
Is there another option here?
