[Connectivity] Packet Loss for 3 months now!!

Hello everyone! I was hoping maybe someone here could give me some advice. I have been dealing with terrible packet loss for about 3 months now. I have had several tech's come out, maintenance has been out, and even contacted the corporate email. I received a call back and they sent maintenance out a few weeks ago, everything cleared up for about 3 days and then right back to high packet loss. My speeds are great, about 124/23 on average, and all of my modem levels are as close to perfect as you can get. I have went from comcast supplied all in one modems (3 of them) to the motorolla sb6141 and now to the zoom 5341J. The motorolla clocked the highest speeds but all have about the same packet loss. This issue happens randomly throughout the day and cAn last hours at a time. I saved screenshots of CMD tracert and ping commands while it was happening and techs look at them and say basically "that's not good" then in the end blame it on peak times. I hardly count 2 am to be a peak time. Any suggestions? I feel like I am going in circles. I even had one tech tell me if i want a stable connection get business class. That is ridiculous. I have no way to switch providers as comcast is my only option where I live. Here is one I ran just a minute ago on pingtest.net, it is currently 1:40 AM here. Definitely not a peak time [att=1]
