[Bill] Well, happened again-modem rental notice

Every three months for the past 2 years I have received a notice that an audit of my account shows that I am not paying modem rental. I have owned my modem since I first subscribed to high speed internet in 2001. The last time I received it, I took the box and receipt for the modem that they said I owed them for to the local office. (That modem was an SB-4100.) On top of all this, I cannot access information about my internet when I log onto my account info, I cannot log onto xfinitiwifi ( I am told that I do not have performance internet, and I do,) and I cannot access one of my email accounts. When I call about it , I am lied to (everybody got that...it will never happen again, etc.) They even have the gall to try to get me to upgrade my services. It is unbelievable. Today, I was hung up on when I was "transferred" to tech support.
