Why has my HSI been going out for two or three hours every weeknight between 1:00am and 6:00am for the past two weeks?
Is this related to the unexplained county wide outage on September 19th?

Netflix is not "pushing data" onto Comcast's network, Comcast customers are "pulling data" from Netflix.
