I try and connect to my work in NY from FL. I have been having problems for months now, as it keeps on dropping. My work in NY logged in to my pc and ran a tracert. They said their is a problem with my route to them in NY. I included the tracert and you can see where it is timing out. I called comcast 3 times and they said it is not on their end. So whose end is it on and how can i either get this fixed or re-routed?
