Not sure how to approach this when calling tech support, but it makes gaming and video chatting nearly impossible.... my pings and speeds are good with no packet loss, just the buffering problem:

The above results are all while my PC is directly attached to the Comcast gateway. However, I can observe the issue also while playing XBOX live (my X360 is also directly attached to the gateway). The above tests were run at ~7am, so, likely no neighborhood congestion.
I got this gateway about 2 weeks ago and have not had a problem until two nights ago. The excess buffering has persisted for about 48 hours now...
Any suggestions?
