For the last week, my Ubee DVM3203B modem reboots about every 12 hours. My signal levels are generally perfect, near 0, though there are occasional wild swings to almost -8 on some channels. The big issue seems to be Unicast Maintenance Ranging. There is even an entry about 16 US ranging attempts in the log. Here is my recent log:

Note that my System Up Time does not reflect the reboots. It thinks its been up since the last hard reboot.
Could it be a bad modem? I have noticed that the US light _may_ start to blink before or after the reboot, though the US levels are still good. I have also seen the US levels jump to 51.0 before settling down to normal levels. I've also seen the modem reboot, have UIS of 51.0, and then immediately reboot again, after which the levels are fine (this just happened, as seen in the log file. Another bit of information: The power company recently replaced underground cable, and in the process, ripped up the Comcast line upstream from me. Comcast has not yet made a permanent repair- the line is along the curb in the street. TV shows no symptoms except for an occasional stutter on a few channels.
