Hey, I made a thread last week sometime, and I was told to let the technician install the internet. But, last night we had some Xfinity mail come in and my mom told me that we used to have Comcast cable about 3-4 years ago. :D
I guess when the Directv guy installed our cable 2 years ago, he wrapped the old Comcast coax cable around whatever this is hanging outside my window. (Pictures below) The coax cable outside is leading to some power lines but when I flexed the cord, it was crunchy, but when I flexed the Directv cord it didn't make a crunchy sound. (If that makes any sense lol)
So, will I be able to do a self install if I remove the DirecTv cord from my wall and put the old Comcast coax cable in?
