I've had the DPC3939 for a little over a week now, and suddenly, it is either not keeping System or Event logs, or they won't show. Older logs show (from November), but anything after that shows nothing. I rebooted the router last night, and even that doesn't show (there should be errors showing as it tries to lock, etc.) Also, I know it was ranging last night, but I can't see the logs, so I don't know how many times it tried. I saw the US level go up to 51.0 and back down several times, and also saw the ineternet get disconnected and reconnected a few time.
I have it in Bridge mode, so firewall logs are not relevant. Anyone know how I can get it to either resume logging, or at least show me the current logs? I have not done a full factory reset, and prefer not to, unless that's my only choice.
