Hi. I am experiencing frequent random disconnects and sync loss issues. This happens nearly every summer, probably due to heat and line issues. I am looking at the power levels on my line: is the only issue you can see here the upstream power level? It is a bit high, and it might indicate the modem is running too "hot" on the upstream, and basically having to keep trying to hard to send signal.
