Hi. I am experiencing frequent random disconnects and sync loss issues. This happens nearly every summer, probably due to heat and line issues. I am looking at the power levels on my line: is the only issue you can see here the upstream power level? It is a bit high, and it might indicate the modem is running too "hot" on the upstream, and basically having to keep trying to hard to send signal. If the upstream signal is bad or weak, then this might be what's causing the frequent sync loss issues. do you agree?
