Has anyone in Central California specifically the Merced / Fresno area been experiencing congestion-like symptoms for the past month or two? It started out as just speeds dipping to 20-30 mbps during peak hours to just recently speeds being cut at all hours.
I'm on Blast 105/10 and usually get 120-125 down and 10-12 up when there's no congestion but during peak hours I get 20-30 down and 10-12 up. However, for the past two days I've been getting sporadic speeds between 30-80 down and 10-12 up.
I've been mum about this while it's been going on even with the constant downtime for maintenance that seems to do nothing. We've probably had 4-6 early morning maintenances in the area and the problem persists.
Anyone else observing the same symptoms? It was annoying before but now it's just getting on my last nerve.
