Hello,
I have Comcast Blast, and (used to) average about 125 Mbps download/12 Mbps upload. I rewired all of my (home) network, replacing all of the old, wiggle-to-work cat5 cables with cat7 cables. Coincidence or not, ever since I replaced all of the ethernet cables, I've noticed high ping, and slow throughput in general. This occurs when I disconnect my router as well, having only my laptop connected to the modem.
From the wall to my SB6141, there is a single, 3 ft RG-6 coax in between. I also noticed a lot of T202.0 log entries. I uploaded print-to-PDFs for the signals, logs, and the "help" pages. This has actually been going on for quite some time, but has gotten more severe.
One more thing I noticed was the Downstream Power level increasing from what used to be almost always 0 to 2-3; and the Upstream Power level also increasing, they used to be 43-45. Downstream SNR remains the same as far as I can tell.
