I got a call this morning from Comcast Business saying they would like to ship me a new modem, confirmed my address, phone number, etc etc. I had not made any proactive movement to Comcast to request this modem, only filling out the mentioned forms around this forum to be added to their list of folks willing to test IPv6.
Could this be a D3/IPv6 capable modem?
Right now I've got a static IP, SMC 8014, and live in the Boston, MA area.
Anyone else receive a call like this and can confirm what it is actually shipped? I was under the impression that IPv6 hadn't made its way up to my neck of the woods yet.
