[Wi-Fi] Which Wireless Router Should I Get? Wireless Adapter Ins

Hello: Just purchased SB6141 Modem. I am going to use it on Extreme 105 Tier. If the choice for a wireless router was between the Netgear WNDR 4500 or the ASUS RT-N66R which one would be the best to get? I am also going to install a USB Dual Band Wireless N adapter on my Dell Inspirion 6000 Laptop. My question for that is what do I do with the existing wireless Lan card in the laptop? Remove it, disable it, remove the driver, turn it off? Thanks, Marc
