So beginning yesterday morning, I began having issues where the download speed would plummet to 1/2 Mb/s (not MB), whether being on wired or wireless internet, and packet loss would skyrocket. I contacted Comcast's support, but they stated that they see no packet loss on their end and that all is fine.
It's doing it again this morning, but I don't know how to get them to realize that there is a problem.

It's intermittent, and seems to happen in the early morning. and after I originally posted this, it went out completely for about 20 minutes. I attempted contacting comcast again only for them to tell me to connect to the internet via the modem (That had no connection) to troubleshoot.
