[Install] Question about "awaiting activation" on our Comcast account

We just got Comcast cable service this past week - primarily for high speed internet, but we got limited television service along with it. Our Comcast account shows XFINITY® Internet as "connected" but XFINITY® TV as "awaiting activation". We have been using the cable for TV so I know our service is active. Is XFINITY® TV something other than just Comcast TV support? Is it something we should have active?
