So I still have equipment to return after my last internet upgrade... and more since they sent me an extra modem I don't need or want to lease while it sits on a shelf... they told me to take it to the UPS store, they even specifically told me the one in my town was a location to take it to...
problem: go there, they have no idea what I am talking about when I tell them Comcast told me to bring this to you to ship back to them...
First question from them: shipping speed and insurance? Answer: I don't know that's up to comcast not me.
Next Question: what's the return address? Answer: I have no idea, they said you knew this already
My statement to them: Comcast said you guys were authorized return locations for comcast and that you would pack, ship and give me a receipt for the equipment returned.
Their response: We never heard of this, we can ship this back through UPS we just need an address and it will cost $xx.xx with insurance.
*rips out hair* why am I having all these problems all the sudden... I use to have easy times with comcast.. this past year has been a nightmare with CSR's, tech problems, and now returns.
Note: I can't get to a comcast location because they are never open when I don't work.
