[Connectivity] Intermittent connectivity on Comcast Business line

Hi there! First time here, although I've always considered DSLReports a valuable resource. Onward: 1) Your location: City and State. Chicago IL 2) A description of the problem. My connection runs just fine, although there are increasingly longer spates where the connection will drop in and out. Historically it'll reconnect just fine, without the need to reboot the modem. I suspect there's an issue with the signal, although the modem seems to be forcing itself to reboot fairly frequently. Intermittent; it occurs at all times of day. 4) Your modem make, model & firmware version. How to find firmware version: Access modem Netgear CG3000DCR. Firmware V3.01.04. 5) Describe any home networking if applicable. (i.e. routers, hubs, adapters, etc.) My server (this computer) is plugged straight into the modem. An AirPort Extreme (the latest model) is plugged into the modem as well. My server has wifi turned off, so the connection is direct. This happens on both my server and iPhone. 6) List any firewall and/or anti-virus software you have installed. Include what version you have. I use Little Snitch and Cloak (getcloak.com), although Cloak is turned off on my server and Little Snitch is configured such that it allows everything through Safari. I've double-checked the rules to ensure it's correct.
