I've had CC Business for about nine months and it's stellar. Not one outage. How is this possible if we run on the same nodes as residential?!
Okay, my two questions. I have the 27/7 speed. On the DL, I am getting ~33/Megs (powerboost/shaping), but recently on the UL, I am getting a steady ~11-~13! A few months back, the UL would be sustained to ~7 and didn't have powerboost. Is it back? I know for a fact this area didn't have PB on the UL.
My second question. Since the voice modem rental fee has increased, I would like to buy my own surfboard modem and unload the SMC to help defray the cost.
Will the SB6141 work?
