I've been paying for BLAST (105Mbs down) and I noticed some extremely slow downloads during the evening. I blamed it on evening traffic in my neighborhood. Then my wife complained about not being able to play "Candy Crush" in the evening. Once again I blamed it on evening traffic, considering she could play during the day. I had a SB6120 and was aware of the 4 channel bonding limitation. Had read some posts that 16 channel bonding was available in some areas. So I bought a SMC D3CM1604. Hooked it up and noticed no difference. Ran 2 speed tests and noticed I was only getting about 35Mbs down. I was expecting something like 70-85Mbs. Checked the modem and noticed only 1 channel was bonded. I was expecting to see at least 4 channels bonded. After spending about an hour on the phone with Comcast, they're sending out a tech. Has anyone experienced bonding issues?
