Wondering if anyone can point me in right direction to resolve an ordering problem.
I am trying to order Xfinity Internet Performance with Blast service. Can't do it via the internet portal, as my residence shows not available at my address. However, I currently have Comcast Business Internet, and it works fine.
Seven years ago when I ordered Comcast business service, I paid them to install the cable from the street to my home, and I guess the residential service was never updated to show my house is on their network.
I've been on hold to the 800 number for over an hour now... Any ideas on how to resolve the problem so I can actually buy the service???
