[Connectivity] Recently, internet has been acting up

Hi Guys, This started about a week ago, but eveery evening and throughout the day, my internet slows down so much I need to hard reboot my modem. It will work again for about 10 minutes, then issues will come up. Issues like: Slow web page load(Chrome sometimes says it has not internet connection) Terrible Voice quality on VOIP services Slow upload/download and more... What is wierd is that my ping is not spiking, and my traceroutes are all normal, however just today, my modem rebooted itself with this: (Excuse the terrible censoring of my Mac Address.
